Privacy Policy
ARKHOS (“we”) is the AI operating system for service businesses. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we handle and how. ARKHOS is launching in cohorts; this policy will be expanded with counsel before general availability.
Pre-launch summary — not a substitute for the full agreement or legal advice.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, business, email, phone), the operational data you put into ARKHOS (customers, jobs, messages, payments), and basic product-usage analytics to improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Bring-your-own-key
Payments (Square), messaging (Twilio/OpenPhone), email (Brevo) and accounting (QuickBooks) run on your own connected accounts. Those providers process that data under their own terms; ARKHOS orchestrates them and does not add a markup.
Tenant isolation
Your operational data is isolated by tenant and is not shared with or visible to other ARKHOS customers. It is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare and MongoDB Atlas).
Your rights & control
You can access and export your data at any time, and request deletion of your account. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR; contact us to exercise them.
Messaging consent
SMS and email are sent from your connected accounts to your own customers based on your instructions and their relationship with you. You are responsible for having the appropriate consent (e.g. TCPA/CAN-SPAM) for the messages ARKHOS helps you send.
