Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ARKHOS during our early-access launch. By joining the launch list or using the product you agree to them. They will be expanded into a full agreement with counsel before general availability; early customers will be notified of material changes.

Early access
ARKHOS is onboarding customers in cohorts. Features described on this site reflect current, honest scope; some capabilities are live today and some are on the near-term roadmap and labeled as such. Founding pricing offered during early access applies as described at signup.
Your account & data
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the accuracy and legality of the data and messages you run through ARKHOS. Your data remains yours and is exportable at any time.
Payments & third parties
Card processing runs on your own Square account at Square's standard rates. Integrations (Twilio, OpenPhone, Brevo, QuickBooks, Google and others) are governed by their own terms. ARKHOS is not responsible for third-party service outages or fees.
Acceptable use
Don't use ARKHOS to send unlawful messages, violate others' rights, or attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Approval-first AI
ARKHOS's AI proposes actions; actions that move money or message customers are approval-first by default. You are responsible for actions you approve or choose to automate.
No warranty / liability
During early access ARKHOS is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here is legal advice; consult counsel for your obligations.
Pricing & cancellation
Plans start at $99/mo with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. You can change plans or cancel anytime; your data stays exportable with no lock-in.
